Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. The role involves driving Agile best practices, removing delivery impediments, managing stakeholders, and ensuring transparency across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate activities across Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Track and manage project risks, dependencies, blockers, and action items.
• Support application delivery, system enhancements, UAT, production releases, and issue resolution.
• Maintain Agile boards, backlogs, dashboards, and reporting using Jira.
• Ensure effective collaboration among local, remote, offshore, and vendor teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Project Coordination, or Software Development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project tracking tools.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Proactive, positive, and "can-do" attitude.

Preferred

Experience working with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.

Exposure to DevOps, release management, and vendor management environments.
