SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced Security / Operations Manager to oversee security operations while also managing cleaning and gardening teams across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong security background and exceptional people management skills.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise security personnel across multiple sites. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Monitor and oversee CCTV operations. Handle disciplinary processes, investigations, and employee performance management. Ensure all security operations comply with PSIRA regulations and industry standards.

Manage and coordinate cleaning and gardening staff. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and operational compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff. Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements Minimum Grade B PSIRA Registration (essential). Proven security industry background. 5+ years' management experience within the security industry. Experience managing security guards, conducting site visits, and handling disciplinary procedures. CCTV monitoring and surveillance experience.

Health & Safety Certificate (essential). Fire Fighting Certificate (advantageous). Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle. Must reside within a 25 km radius of Parktown . Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
