We specialize in rugged products for the Mining, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics and Agriculture, including the Telecoms industries.

We supply rugged mobile devices to the consumer market through online and walk-in clients.

Duties for this Position

• Develop and optimize innovative approaches to customer acquisition and conversion through all types of digital media
• Execute, manage, and measure digital marketing campaigns across paid social and display platforms
• Maintain accounts, manage daily and monthly budget caps, and performance against KPIs and provide recommendations to grow income lines
• Tracking conversion rates and recommending improvements to UX
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategy and the ability to communicate digital marketing processes clearly.
• Collaborative, innovative and flexible across multiple business units to secure growth for the company
• Understand and provide insights into cross device behavior including an expert in digital media, across desktop and mobile.
• Plan, manage and execute paid social campaigns from campaign setup, management to reporting.
• Plan, manage and execute trade activations and reporting on return on investment.

Minimum requirements for this position

• A minimum of 2 (two) solid years within Paid Digital Media
• Post-matric diploma, degree, qualification in marketing communications and media
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience using PPC/SEO and digital advertising to drive site traffic
• Experience with Google AdWords and WordPress
• Proficiency with social ad platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Willing to put in additional hours when required by the business
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Understanding of using AI to relieve less complicated and design task.
• Proven track record of effectively managing monthly ad spend of at least R100,000 +
• Experience running both B2B lead-generation campaigns and B2C e-commerce/retail campaigns
