Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Develop and optimise predictive models, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation tools.
• Build, train, evaluate, and maintain machine learning models.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems and applications.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI initiatives.
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, and ethical AI standards.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative AI solutions.
• Document technical designs, methodologies, and best practices.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, or AI Agents.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with SQL and large-scale data processing.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and model integration techniques.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and deployment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
