As a Senior Manager within the Business Intelligence function, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support growth, optimise infrastructure decisions, and strengthen customer relationships.

This role combines commercial acumen, technical expertise, and leadership, offering the opportunity to work with large-scale datasets, advanced analytics tools, machine learning models, and geographic information systems.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple markets, helping to shape business strategy through data-driven recommendations while leading initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term market success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust business intelligence frameworks, databases, and reporting solutions Gather, analyse, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic and commercial objectives Build predictive models to forecast market trends, customer requirements, and business opportunities Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership teams Work closely with commercial and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and drive demand generation initiatives Develop market intelligence capabilities through analysis of customer, competitor, and industry trends Create visualisations, dashboards, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions Support network planning, infrastructure optimisation, and strategic investment decisions Lead and standardise analytics methodologies, tools, and best practices across multiple regions Job Experience and Skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field Certification or qualification in Data Science required Postgraduate qualification advantageous Minimum 8 years' experience within telecommunications, network planning, optimisation, or related technical environments At least 5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or commercial analytics roles Proven experience building predictive analytics and machine learning models Experience working with large-scale datasets and delivering strategic business insights Exposure to telecommunications infrastructure, network planning, or related industries highly advantageous Advanced SQL, Python, and R programming capabilities Strong data modelling, analytics, and statistical analysis expertise Experience with machine learning and predictive modelling techniques Knowledge of data visualisation and reporting tools Proficiency with GIS platforms and spatial analytics tools Strong understanding of business intelligence methodologies and data governance Excellent presentation and technical report-writing skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align analytics outcomes to business objectives Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's licence required Willingness to travel when required Apply now!
