About the role

We are seeking a results-driven, highly analytical SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to manage and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns. This role is built for a proactive executioner who thrives on managing paid media across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) while building robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Beyond technical execution, the ideal candidate possesses exceptional written English, a deep grasp of American culture and grammar, and a solid understanding of modern Search Generative Experience.

US Digital Marketing Agency Experience Is a Strong Plus.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Lead end-to-end technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies across multiple handling accounts to increase organic rankings and quality traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance analytics and ROI regularly across all active accounts to inform strategy and client reporting.
• Produce and write high-converting ad copy, landing page copy, and strategic content tailored specifically to American cultural nuances and grammar.
• Leverage Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO) principles to position search assets for modern AI answer engines.
• Continuously perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, keywords, and messaging to optimize performance metrics.

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and implementation and paid media management.
• Deep tactical proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid ads platforms.
• Proven track record executing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies across client portfolios.
• In-depth understanding of AIO and GEO concepts for modern AI-driven search visibility.
• Excellent written English skills with a solid command of US grammar, culture, and tone.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of translating raw campaign data into actionable insights and reports.
• Experience working within a US Digital Marketing Agency environment is preferred.
• Highly reliable, consistent, and accountable.

Position: SEO and Paid Ads Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 40 hrs a week in US Mountain Time

Holidays: 2 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays (flexible)

Salary: USD 1600 - USD 2200 per month
