Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time role based in JOHANNESBURG. This role oversees daily office operations, including coordinating administrative activities, and supporting internal communication and workflow. Basic accounting skills is a must, with willingness to learn more.

The Office Manager will assist with basic financial and vendor administration, The role also involves managing staff credit card accounts and supporting the accountants on monthly submissions as well as company vehicles and general staff efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least Matric.
• Demonstrated experience in office administration and administrative assistance, including scheduling, document management, and coordination of day-to-day operations.
• Proficiency in handling office equipment and basic IT tools, including printers, scanners, and standard productivity software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with company processes.
