We are seeking for our Client, a global technology and e-commerce leader, for a Procurement Program Specialist to support the Company to operate with its vast network of fulfillment centers, cloud computing services, digital platforms, and innovative technologies.

• 6. Process compliance and documentation Core Responsibilities Sourcing & Procurement Execution
• 1. Execute sourcing activities for assigned categories to achieve cost savings and meet business requirements
• 2. Support development of sourcing strategies and action plans for optimal procurement outcomes
• 3. Ensure equipment and service availability to meet business owner requirements
• 4. Assist in negotiating contracts and framework agreements to support local teams
• 5. Process purchase orders and manage day-to-day procurement transactions Supplier Management
• 1. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, delivery metrics, and quality standards
• 2. Maintain regular communication with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure service levels
• 3. Track supplier scorecards and escalate performance concerns to senior team members
• 4. Support supplier onboarding and qualification processes
• 5. Coordinate with suppliers on order fulfillment and delivery schedules Stakeholder Support
• 1. Build relationships with site leaders, operations teams, and internal customers
• 2. Respond to procurement requests and provide category-specific support
• 3. Communicate contract terms, pricing, and supplier capabilities to stakeholders
• 4. Gather requirements from business owners to inform sourcing decisions
• 5. Provide updates on order status and resolve procurement-related inquiries Data Analysis & Reporting
• 1. Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and trends
• 2. Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
• 3. Prepare reports on category performance, savings, and supplier metrics
• 4. Track and report on KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and order fulfillment
• 5. Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data and insights Process Improvement
• 1. Follow procurement standards and processes across the network
• 2. Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows
• 3. Support implementation of procurement tools and systems
• 4. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve procurement operations
• 5. Learn and apply Amazon procurement best practices Regional Operations
• 1. Execute procurement activities across MEATR region (Middle East, Africa, Turkey)
• 2. Understand regional market conditions and supplier landscapes
• 3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and procurement policies
• 4. Coordinate with regional teams on category-specific needs
