Senior Data Analytics Specialist | Internal Audit

At Hollard, we’re growing a future-fit, data-driven Internal Audit function and we’re looking for a Senior Data Analytics Specialist to help us do it.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capability with sound audit judgement. You’ll work across complex datasets to uncover risk, identify anomalies, improve audit efficiency, and embed analytics into the broader assurance lifecycle

What you’ll

• Drive analytics across planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators across multiple data sources
• Build reusable scripts, tests, dashboards, and models for continuous monitoring
• Use approved AI-enabled capabilities to enhance testing efficiency and insight generation
• Partner with audit teams and business stakeholders to deliver actionable, data-led assurance

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, ideally in internal audit or financial service
• Strong Python and SQL capabilities
• Experience with tools such as ACL, Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar
• Strong ability to translate technical outputs into clear business insight
• Relevant degree in Data Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Auditing
