Salary on Offer: R 15,900 Basic + Medical Insurance (R 680) + Pension Fund (10% employer contribution)

Operational Requirements: Flexibility is essential. Must be available to work alternative Saturdays and certain public holidays.

This is not a BPO environment; successful candidates will become integrated members of a direct, in-house team, acting as brand ambassadors for one of the world's leading cruise lines.

About the Role

The Contact Centre Agent serves as the voice of the brand, responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering a seamless, premium experience for Guests, Loyalty Club Members, and valued Travel Partners.

The role encompasses the entire customer journey—from the initial sales pitch through to post-booking support—ensuring every interaction is infused with warmth, expertise, and professionalism.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years of Contact Centre experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Travel and Tourism is an advantage.

• Stable work record
