Senior Sales and Design Consultant

What You'll Be Doing

Consult with clients to understand their vision and lifestyle requirements. Design and present customized kitchen and cabinetry solutions. Produce quotations and convert opportunities into sales. Manage projects from initial consultation through installation and final handover. Conduct site visits for measurements and project reviews.

Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation and client communication throughout the sales process. Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

Experience selling high-value products or solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. Own reliable vehicle for site visits. A valid driver's license. Highly Advantageous Experience in the kitchen, cabinetry, interior design, or interior architecture industry.

Experience using Winner Design software. Project management experience. Qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
