An exciting opportunity has become available with our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, for a professional and highly organised Receptionist to join their Johannesburg team.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring visitors, clients, and employees receive a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

What we're looking for

Grade 12 (Matric)

1–2 years' corporate Reception/Front Office experience

FMCG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or corporate experience is advantageous

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional presentation and telephone etiquette

Highly organised with strong administrative abilities
