Customer Success Manager - Fintech

I am currently building a talent pool of Customer Success Managers for upcoming opportunities within leading fintech and digital financial services organisations across Johannesburg.

These roles sit at the intersection of client engagement, product adoption, and commercial growth, making them ideal for professionals who enjoy working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B client relationships
• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations)
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Track customer performance, engagement, and satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 3–4 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or financial services
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in payments, lending, or digital banking
• CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel, dashboards)
• Experience working with product or technical teams
