Head of Sales

Introduction

An established financial services business is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead an outbound sales operation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the sales strategy, annual revenue budget and commercial performance. You will translate ambitious growth targets into practical execution plans.

You will lead and develop Senior Sales Managers, drive sales productivity, quality and regulatory compliance. Implement performance and incentive programmes, monitor operational KPIs and provide regular reporting on revenue and profitability. This is a highly commercial leadership role requiring someone who can build high-performing teams while delivering sustainable business growth.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric; a business, commercial or sales qualification
• FAIS compliant with the ability to act as a Key Individual essential
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading large outbound sales or call centre operations
• Proven success managing sizeable sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth
• Insurance, financial services or telesales leadership experience
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management
