Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer specialising in Point of Purchase (POP) display design and in-store activations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and developing innovative shopper marketing solutions that drive visibility, engagement, and sales within retail environments.

The role requires strong 3D CAD capability, a deep understanding of retail environments, and the ability to translate brand strategies into effective in-store display execution from concept through to production-ready artwork.

Concept Development Develop innovative point-of-purchase displays and in-store activation concepts that effectively translate brand strategies into impactful retail solutions. 3D Design & Technical Execution Create 3D CAD visualisations and production-ready designs, ensuring concepts are structurally feasible and suitable for manufacturing.

Collaboration & Brief Interpretation Work closely with account management, strategy, and production teams to interpret client briefs and deliver effective shopper marketing solutions. Production Support Ensure all designs are retail-ready, technically accurate, and aligned with manufacturing requirements.

Quality & Brand Compliance Maintain high creative standards while ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and retailer specifications.
