Our client, a leading IT company based in Sunninghill JHB, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric). Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing client accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Prepare and present proposals and quotations. Work closely with technical and support teams to deliver client solutions. Achieve sales and revenue targets. Provide regular account updates and market feedback. Salary Market Related
