The Role

Multimedia Designer (Graphic, Motion & 3D Design) This role exists to take ownership of the visual execution of campaigns from design concept to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and accuracy at every stage. It contributes to the business by translating brand and marketing objectives into aesthetic, attention-grabbing visuals that perform across various platforms.

The main focus areas include shaping how clients show up on social media, websites, digital campaigns, billboards, and in-store promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia design with demonstrated experience across both digital and print-based marketing.
• Take ownership of the visual execution of campaigns from design concept to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and accuracy.
• Translate brand and marketing objectives into aesthetic, attention-grabbing visuals that perform across various platforms.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to generate creative ideas, mood boards, and storyboards for integrated campaigns.
• Deliver pixel-perfect, print-ready, and platform-compliant files with consistency in tone, layout, and visual identity.
• Create and animate 2D and 3D assets to enhance storytelling and product visualisation.
• Maintain strong quality control over all outputs, with a sharp eye for layout, alignment, kerning, resolution, and rendering.
• Design for shopper marketing, in-store retail, or experiential campaigns if experienced in these areas.

About You

Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design with demonstrated experience across both digital and print-based marketing. Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender.

Strong portfolio showing graphic design, motion graphics, 3D renders, and print or out-of-home design. Excellent layout, colour, and typography skills with a strong commitment to visual precision and brand alignment. Ability to operate as a detail-oriented visual problem solver who manages multiple projects, deadlines, and formats without compromising on quality.

Experience working in an agency or production environment, or familiarity with Figma, Sketch, InVision, HTML/CSS, or WebGL.
