We are seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager: Brand, Marketing & Communications to lead the execution of our integrated marketing strategy across the Group.

Working closely with Executive Management, you will provide leadership across brand management, corporate communications, digital marketing, campaigns, events and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every initiative supports our strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for

• Leading the implementation of the Group's integrated marketing strategy.
• Strengthening and protecting the Oasis brand across all markets and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Managing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Leading corporate communications, content strategy and brand governance.
• Partnering with Business Development and executive stakeholders to support commercial growth and client engagement.
• Providing strategic oversight of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and stakeholder engagements.
• Managing marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers and external service providers.
• Driving market research, competitor analysis and customer insights to support business decision-making.
• Leading and developing a high-performing marketing team.
• Ensuring all marketing activities comply with governance, legal, regulatory and brand standards.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a seasoned marketing leader who offers

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification (Honours, Master's or MBA) will be advantageous.
• 10–15 years' progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing management role.
• Proven experience within financial services, ideally in asset management, investments, wealth management, banking or insurance.
• Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing, brand and communications functions.
• Strong digital marketing, corporate communications and brand management expertise.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and significant marketing budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to balance creativity with commercial discipline, governance and regulatory compliance.
