The Role

Associate Solutions Architect The Associate Solutions Architect is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions for clients. Working closely with customers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will help translate business requirements into practical solutions while ensuring a high standard of customer experience and delivery quality.

This role combines customer engagement, solution design, technical configuration, and delivery support, demonstrating growth toward a future Solutions Architect role.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply 2-4 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, business analysis, CRM, SaaS implementation, or a related field to support digital solution design and delivery.
• Participate in customer discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions to understand customer business processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into practical workflow and system recommendations, and document solution designs.
• Configure and implement solutions, build workflows, automations, and operational processes across supported platforms.
• Support project delivery activities, conduct testing and quality assurance, and assist customers during implementation and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, participate in meetings, and assist with user adoption and change management activities.
• Support sales and commercial teams during discovery, scoping activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimates.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities, continuously develop knowledge across the technology ecosystem, and participate in training and certification programmes.

About You

Requires 2-4 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, business analysis, CRM, SaaS implementation, or a related field. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Demonstrate a process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Feel comfortable engaging directly with customers, stakeholders, and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Bring personal attributes of being curious, eager to learn, customer-focused, relationship-driven, professional, confident, adaptable, and passionate about solving business problems. Preferred existing Salesforce certifications or Salesforce experience.

Preferred experience with CRM, workflow, or automation platforms within technology consulting, SaaS, or professional services. Preferred experience participating in customer workshops, requirement gathering, and exposure to business process improvement initiatives. Preferred understanding of AI, automation, or digital transformation concepts.

Preferred familiarity with ClickUp, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
