🚀 What you'll be doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented Software Engineers
• Deliver high-quality, scalable products and features from concept to production
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, best practices, and engineering standards
• Design and build modern microservices-based applications
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams
• Guide technical decision-making and software architecture
• Improve development processes, delivery practices, and engineering efficiency
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and coaching

👤 What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Engineering Team Lead
• Strong commercial experience with PHP and Symfony (or similar frameworks)
• Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and Domain-Driven Design
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, high-performance software solutions
• Strong background working within Agile software development teams
• Experience with Git-based version control
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for building high-performing engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-first mindset
