Join Woolworths as a Store Admin Manager in Cape Town at our Paarl Mall Country Road Group standalone store. In this dynamic role, you will oversee store costs, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring effective expense control. Manage HR administration including recruitment, payroll, and compliance to support a productive workforce.

Minimise risks by enforcing store policies, audit standards, and health and safety regulations. Lead shrinkage control initiatives, adhering to the Consumer Protection Act, and implement action plans for high-risk areas. Develop and coach your team to achieve operational excellence and align with company values.

You will also coordinate key operational processes such as system access, key controls, and Till Discrepancy Control to maintain security and accuracy. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Business degree / diploma or NQF 5 level would be advantageous
• 3-5 years financial, admin, auditing experience at management level in a commercial environment
• High level understanding of Retail legislative framework (COIDA)
• Financial acumen
• Sound administrative skills

Experience

• 2–3+ years’ HR and Finance administration experience in a fashion retail or customer-focused retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving personal and/or team targets.
• Previous experience acting as a store administrative experience, key holder, supervisor, or informal team leader.
• Ability to lead by example and influence team performance
• Experience delegating tasks and supporting daily store operations.
• Experience supporting, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve results.
