Cyber Security Engineer

What You'll Need Experience

5+ years in hands-on cybersecurity roles Endpoint Expertise: Proven track record with EPP, EDR, and XDR platforms in large-scale enterprise environments Systems & Cloud: Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux, with practical experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP SIEM/SOAR: Experience integrating and managing tools like Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel Automation: Ability to use PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate security workflows and reduce manual tasks Compliance: Practical experience applying frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, POPIA, SOC 2, and NIST CSF Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or CCNA are considered a strong advantage If threats don't scare you - and you'd actually prefer to find them before anyone else does, then this is your arena.
