Duties & Responsibilities

• Solve complex backend technical challenges at scale.

• Support clients operationally when escalated by the Customer Services team.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Object-oriented programming using a language like Ruby.
• Strong skills in APIs, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and management abilities.
• Proven ability to develop in a team-oriented environment.
