In-House Trainer

We’re Hiring: In-House Trainer

CTE is looking for an experienced and confident In-House Trainer to support the development, training and upskilling of internal teams across key operational areas, including warehouse management, procurement, logistics and general business processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering practical training sessions, supporting staff development, identifying training needs, and ensuring that team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools required to perform effectively in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal training programmes across relevant departments.
• Support training in areas such as warehouse operations, procurement processes, logistics, stock control and internal systems.
• Identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
• Create training materials, guides and supporting documentation where required.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher training for new and existing staff.
• Monitor training progress and provide feedback to management.
• Promote best practice, compliance and continuous improvement across operational teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a training, facilitation or staff development role.
• Experience in warehouse management, procurement, logistics or operations will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with different teams and adapt training to various skill levels.
• Organised, professional and detail-oriented.
• Confident in developing training materials and facilitating practical, hands-on sessions.
• Relevant training, facilitation or operational qualifications will be advantageous.
