WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (EE) (up to R 450K CTC)

Introduction

The purpose of this role is to ensure safe and efficient movement; handling and storage of products into and out of the warehouse as per customer requests and managing the staff and equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

This role manages daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient execution and consistent service delivery. You plan and run workflows, meet on time and in full targets, and monitor stock, capacity, and product condition. You ensure equipment and facilities operate correctly, maintain housekeeping standards, and complete daily operational checks.

You manage inventory reporting, recalls, and maintenance tracking, while identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

You lead and manage staff to meet workload demands, oversee attendance and performance, and drive training and development. You enforce health and safety standards, ensure compliance with procedures, and manage incident reporting and corrective actions. You handle administration and reporting, including KPIs, discrepancies, and budgets.

You maintain strong customer service by resolving queries within set timelines, communicating issues clearly, and ensuring high levels of order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Ideally Degree or minimum National Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience
• Food safety handling procedures (HACCP knowledge is advantageous)
• Basic health and safety regulations
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• 2 years’ customer service experience (advantageous)

Package & Remuneration

up to R 450K CTC (experience dependent)
