About the Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will engage with homeowners over the phone to introduce premium HVAC and water treatment solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify potential customers, build rapport, generate interest, and schedule qualified in-home consultations for our service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through professional and friendly outbound calls.
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners while educating them on HVAC and water treatment solutions.
• Promote heating, cooling, indoor air quality, water filtration, softening, and treatment services.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and effective discovery questions.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the service team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call notes.
• Achieve and exceed lead generation, appointment-setting, and performance KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, call centre, inside sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
• Results-driven mindset with the confidence to ask for commitment and secure appointments.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, text messaging, and business applications.
