Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights and improving business-critical systems:

• Unlock Insights from Data

Analyse and extract data to support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making

• Support & Enhance Systems

Work closely with internal teams to maintain and improve core software platforms

• Solve Technical Challenges

Assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimisation

• Bridge Business & Tech

Translate business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions

• Drive Continuous Improvement

Contribute to ongoing enhancements in an agile, fast-paced environment

Desired Experience & Qualification

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for curious, analytical thinkers who are eager to grow:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong academic results (graduates encouraged to apply)
• Up to 3 years’ experience in a data/BI/software-related role (advantageous)
• Solid SQL skills, including writing complex queries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of web applications and software systems
• Exposure to ASP.NET is beneficial
• Experience with Python, Perl, or other scripting languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
• Strong communication skills
