The Junior Quality Assurance Analyst will also engage with end users to better understand requirements and help translate them into effective, testable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed software and user interface testing Translate functional and business requirements into structured test plans and test cases Test software for performance, scalability, and maintainability Identify usability issues and functional defects in user interfaces Collaborate with software developers throughout the software development lifecycle Use bug tracking and QA management tools to log and manage issues Assist in the build and release management process Create and maintain software user guides and documentation

Requirements

• A relevant Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Candidates without a degree must have a minimum of three years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
