Purpose of the Job

In this role, you will be the creative catalyst behind developing innovative, ergonomic, and user-friendly designs that captivate users and streamline product functionality. You’ll breathe life into concepts, coordinating the aesthetic look and practical function of our entire product line.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (What you'll do)

• Concept & Illustration: Develop fresh draft sketches and illustrations for brand-new products, or refine existing designs to boost real-world performance and user interaction.
• 3D Modeling & Engineering: Generate highly detailed engineering drawings and 3D CAD models to validate design intent, precise tolerances, and functional requirements.
• Prototyping & Testing: Roll up your sleeves to build and test physical prototypes using cutting-edge materials and fabrication methods.
• Design Optimization: Continuous iteration based on User Requirements Specifications (URS) and engineering validation feedback.
• DFMA Mastery: Research materials and manufacturing processes to ensure all designs strictly adhere to Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure products are robust, cost-effective, and highly viable at scale.

Desired Experience & Qualification

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or B-Tech in Industrial Design.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience thriving in a professional design environment.
• Tools of the Trade: High proficiency in SolidWorks, CorelDRAW, and KeyShot.
• The Portfolio: A stellar design portfolio that proudly exhibits your sound knowledge of first principles, conceptual thinking, and technical execution.
• Mindset: A systematic, highly organized approach to turning complex design briefs into beautiful realities.

You possess excellent visual and spatial awareness, sharp communication skills, and an obsessive attention to detail. You can work fiercely independently while remaining an invaluable asset in multidisciplinary team environments.
