User Operations Manager - Live Streaming

Responsibilities

The Live Streaming team is dedicated to building a vibrant and engaging ecosystem for our global users. We focus on understanding user needs through data-driven insights and executing localized operational strategies to drive user retention, engagement, and monetization.

As part of this team, you will play a key role in managing the user lifecycle and optimizing growth for our entertainment live-streaming business in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive user operations for overseas Chinese users on the live streaming platform, developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle by identifying user pain points and needs through data analysis and research.- Implement strategies across the conversion funnel—from acquisition and retention to monetization—to continuously grow the engaged user base and improve Lifetime Value (LTV).- Organize and execute large-scale online activities and campaigns to efficiently drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification(s):
• Bachelor's degree or above.- 3+ years of experience in user or product operations.
• Proficiency in English as a working language is required to partner with global teams and regional partners.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and logical thinking.
• Goal-oriented with strong self-drive and resilience.
• Preferred Qualification(s):
• Demonstrated experience in user growth or operations for live streaming or overseas social products.
• Familiarity with overseas promotion for live streaming/social apps, or experience in creator and guild operations.
• Strong user insight and the ability to accurately grasp user psychology and analyze deep-seated needs.
