Assistant Manager - Lobby Lounge

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant and collaborate with the Chef on promotion, menus, budgets, and staff training.
• Lead and motivate the Team to deliver exceptional service aligned with Hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative ideas and recommending service enhancements.
• Review guest feedback, critique forms, logbooks on operational issues and P&L statements.
• Ensure all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned for prolong usage.
• Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow-up on work order forms with the Engineering Team.
• Ensure all staff are aware of and apply the procedures concerning Hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures.

About You

At least 5 years of experience in restaurants at prestigious Hotels or organizations.

Sound knowledge of food and beverages and strong sense of market trends.

Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, reliability, responsibility and accountability.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
