Role Overview

KuCoin is looking for a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment team remotely. You will help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across diverse roles, ensuring KuCoin continues to grow with the best people in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting TA team to source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions across KuCoin.
• Support recruitment process: schedule interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage multiple pipelines, and update the trackers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide a smooth, professional candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the crypto and tech space.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR (agency or in-house experience is a plus).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong interest or experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain.
