Role Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures the smooth running of daily operations whileactively contributing to the company’s strategic growth. The role combines supply chainexcellence with entrepreneurial initiatives, including process optimisation, developmentof new offers, and client-facing projects such as delegations and business events.
Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Department Coordination
- Serve as a central point of contact between Project Management, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Installation teams to ensure consistent and timely information flow.
- Support the Supply Chain Supervisor in maintaining alignment across all operational departments to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and communicate inter-departmental dependencies, anticipating potential bottlenecks and escalating issues as required.

- Process Streamlining and Improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for optimisation within the supply chain workflow.
- Assist in developing and implementing improved processes, documentation, and reporting tools to enhance operational visibility and control.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and overall supply chain performance.

- Procurement and Logistics Support
- Coordinate order tracking, delivery schedules, and supplier follow-ups to ensure timely fulfilment of project requirements.
- Maintain accurate data, including purchase orders, shipment updates, and inventory records.
- Liaise with logistics team to secure optimal transport routes, cost efficiency, and compliance with internal standards.

- Project Data & Digitalisation
- Ensure accurate and timely management of all project data, including the Room Matrix, Unloading Reports, Room Inventory Reports, and Handover Documentation.
- Cross-check all project data with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support the Quality and Project Management teams in maintaining proper documentation trails to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Liaise with relevant teams to address discrepancies or data inconsistencies and coordinate corrective measures.

- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive records of supply chain activities, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Prepare regular progress reports for the Supply Chain Supervisor and management, summarising status updates, risks, and corrective actions.

- Continuous Improvement and Compliance
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across regions and departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, supplier standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in initiatives to foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and collaboration across the organisation.

- Degree in Supply chain Management, or related discipline preferred.2–5 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage both daily tasks and long-term projects.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Suite.
- Any ERP management skills is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua), French is a strong plus.
