Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle and selection process to support company expansion.
• Payroll & Compliance: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Operations Monitoring: Oversee daily/weekly staff checklists and conduct internal performance audits to ensure operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly administrative and operational reports for management review.
• Staff Welfare: Liaise with insurance agents regarding staff coverage and benefits.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR or Senior Administration.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to deal with various stakeholders).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and Employment Act.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and auditing skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
