Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable finance operations leader to establish and lead Payroll functions. This role will oversee payroll operations governance, and compliance across multiple countries and entities. The ideal candidate should have strong SSC experience, process migration exposure, and expertise in governance, controls, and SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and stabilization Payroll operations within the SSC Oversee: Payroll governance and controls Payroll accounting and reconciliation Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor requirements Strengthen internal controls and maintain SOX compliance framework Support audits and compliance reviews Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives Collaborate with HR, tax, treasury, and finance stakeholders globally Support ERP implementation and process migration activities Develop KPIs, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Qualifications
