Develop and implement automated testing strategies and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality assurance process.

Design, write, and execute automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of software products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and customer support to identify and resolve issues.

Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of new features and releases, including regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Document and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve and track issues to closure.

Develop and maintain test cases and test plans based on product requirements and specifications.

Utilize industry best practices and standards to continuously improve the QA process and ensure high quality standards are met.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior QA team members.

Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in software testing and automation.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of software quality.

Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing tasks.

Communicate test results and progress to project stakeholders and senior management.

Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.

Actively participate in the planning and execution of product releases, including risk assessment and mitigation.

Act as a subject matter expert on automation and provide guidance and support to the QA team and other stakeholders.
