Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for our SoC designs, ensuring all functionality and performance requirements are met.

Lead a team of engineers to execute validation tests, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate results.

Collaborate with design, architecture, and verification teams to identify and resolve any design issues or bugs.

Utilize advanced debugging techniques to troubleshoot and resolve complex validation issues.

Continuously optimize and improve validation processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective validation of our SoC designs.

Ensure thorough documentation of validation results and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SoC design and validation, and apply new techniques and tools to improve the validation process.

Mentor and train junior engineers in SoC validation techniques and best practices.

Identify and escalate any potential risks or roadblocks to project timelines and propose solutions to mitigate them.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements for new product features and enhancements.

Participate in design reviews and provide input on design changes to improve validation efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as a technical expert and provide guidance on SoC validation to project teams and management.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for SoC validation.

Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our SoC designs and validation processes.
