About The Role

As a Waiter / Waitress - Red Sugar (侍應生), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Assist with order taking, providing recommendations and information on the latest promotions, as well as delivering food and beverages.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.確保所分配的工作區域運作順暢，並維持餐廳的服務質素根據酒店標準，保持工作區域的清潔及整備協助點餐、提供餐飲推介及最新優惠資訊，並負責送餐服務收集意見以提升服務質素履行上司分配的工作

About You

At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.

Customer-oriented team player.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Fresh graduates are welcomed.具備至少一年酒店或餐飲服務業相關工作經驗以客為本及具備團隊合作精神良好中英文書寫及會話能力歡迎應届畢業生
