As an Invocier/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining our database, processing customer and account reputed company documents, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our records. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve any discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and reputed company exceptional customer service.

• Key Responsibilities*
• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepares reputed company data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities, and processing customer and account reputed company documents.
• Resolves deficiencies by using reputed company procedures or returning incomplete documents to reputed company leader for reputed company.
• Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical reputed company according to screen format.
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Combines data from both systems reputed company account information is incomplete, and purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
