Newmark are looking to hire someone with a keen interest in retail and fashion. The position will focus on working with the Head of Department, providing real estate advice for retailers looking to expand in Hong Kong and APAC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Assist in formulating and executing strategic retailer real estate plans
• Manage commercial property leasing transactions
• Promote and market both company and real estate solutions to clients
• Build a network of industry contacts
• Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities
• Convert new business through regular outreach
• EXPERIENCE: 3+ Years of experience in the retail sector
• A Valid Estate Agents Licence issued by the Estate Agents Authority (EAA) of Hong Kong is required.
• If not already held by candidates, a suitable and fair timeframe will be granted to pass.SKILLSStrong retailer brand awareness
• Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointGood written and spoken English and Mandarin
