• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including deal negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee CRM system utilization, including Salesforce and other CRM software, to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging and seamless client experiences.
• Drive strategic planning efforts to set measurable objectives for market expansion, revenue growth, and brand positioning.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team focused on marketing campaigns, sales activities, and client engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development management with a strong track record of expanding client bases and closing enterprise deals.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies combined with hands-on experience in prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients at all levels and fostering long-term relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop actionable plans aligned with company objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
