This position is eligible for annual and long-term incentive awards. The annual incentive opportunity is 0-120% of salary and is based on the level of achievement against several quantitative and qualitative measures. The long-term incentive program provides an additional opportunity of 0-120% of base salary beginning after five years and when absolute total fund returns meet or exceed board-approved thresholds.

• Ops) team is currently seeking an Investment Director (ID) to provide program leadership for the strategic operating model and day-to-day management of the Inv
• Ops Program to support implementation of the Total Portfolio Approach and drive our Cal
• PERS mission.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Act as a key collaboration partner in the multiyear data and technology modernization strategic initiative.
• Direct, manage, and lead InvOps through a multiyear transformation agenda to enable Total Portfolio Approach outcomes including modernization of operating models, investment data, technology platforms, governance, and business processes.
• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Investment Officer and Investment Office leadership to design, implement, and continuously evolve a future-state operation model that aligns investment strategy, technology, controls, and operational capabilities to achieve investment outcomes.
• Perform oversight of the end-to-end investment operating model, ensuring the integrity, timeliness, resilience, and continuous improvement of InvOps, including trade lifecycle execution, settlement processing, cash movement activities, portfolio support functions, and operational readiness.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
