Develop and implement sales excellence strategies to meet the company's growth objectives.

Manage the bid process end-to-end, including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in bid proposals.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business development.

Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for sales strategies.

Train and mentor team members on sales best practices and processes.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services.
