Executive Assistant (Direct Hire)

LHH is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced professional services environment. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and thrives under deadlines—especially during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, email, and daily priorities
• Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, and take detailed notes
• Deliver high-level client service and communication
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Proofread and edit professional communications
• Coordinate with third parties, including legal contacts
• Oversee client billing processes and ensure accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience
• Background in CPA, financial services, or legal environments strongly preferred
• Strong data entry, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presence with strong customer service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

Schedule Expectations

• Standard: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Busy season (Jan–April): Extended weekday hours + occasional Saturdays (never exceeding 60 hours/week)

Compensation & Perks

• $65,000–$75,000 annually (DOE)
