Market Executive of Operations

Position Overview

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Market Executive of Operations (MEO)

will be responsible for monitoring branch operations in a designated market. The role focuses on ensuring that financial,

clinical, quality, service and sales initiatives adhere to government regulations and corporate policies. The MEO will

develop strategies and overall branch business plans, including annual planning and budgeting for monitoring expenditures,

generate market quality assessment reports, and manage patient satisfaction data. Working closely with the AVPO and various

cross-functional teams at both the regional and corporate levels, the MEO plays a critical part in the overall success

of assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Branch Directors within the assigned market including people leadership and management.
• Develop strategic plans, growth strategies, budget adherence, and annual planning to achieve financial goals.
• Review and analyze market conditions, competitors, and business volume.
• Coordinate with the Business Service Center for accounts receivable activities related to billing, payroll, credit, and data entry.
• Collaborate with sales counterparts to expand the new and existing client base for branch growth.
• Partner with clinical counterparts to ensure clinical operations and quality metrics meet or exceed KPIs and to support performance improvement plans.
• Oversee referral processes and pre-authorization/eligibility in coordination with the Intake team.
• Provide backfill for the Branch Director role when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing, therapy), healthcare administration, business or a related field required; 3 years in a Branch Director role.
• Experience Required: 8 or more years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations. Must demonstrate experience with EMR and/or HIM Systems, outstanding leadership and managerial skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and financial/business acumen.
• Requirements: Excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, strong executive presence, and the capability to coach, mentor, and engage Branch Directors. Must be able to manage 60–90 in-person branch touchpoints per year with approximately 50% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications: RN and/or Clinician licensure is preferred.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: $112,400 - $154,900 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
