Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Cyara and the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automated testing of IVR/contact center applications, API testing, regression testing, and end-to-end validation of customer journeys. Experience with healthcare applications, payer/provider workflows, or Medicare/Medicaid programs is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Cyara.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for IVR and contact center applications.
• Validate IVR call flows, routing logic, DTMF, speech recognition, CTI integrations, and backend services.
• Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
• Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Support UAT and production validation activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cyara (Velocity, Pulse, Campaigns, Test Cases, IVR Automation).
• Experience testing IVR/contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya.API testing using Postman or REST APIs.
• Automation experience using Java, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Healthcare Domain Experience (Mandatory)
• Experience working with Healthcare Payer or Provider applications.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare workflows.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Claims, Member, Provider, Enrollment, or Pharmacy applications.

Familiarity with healthcare integrations such as HL7 or FHIR is a plus.
