We're looking for a talented Draftsman/Designer to join our team and work with our valued customers to bring their vision to life.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Draftsman/Designer experienced in residential design to work with our clients to make modifications to our existing house plans. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SoftPlan software, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working directly with clients to tailor designs to meet their needs. This role requires creativity, technical knowledge, and excellent customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their modification requests and translate them into precise design changes.
• Utilize SoftPlan software to modify existing residential plans.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Assist in creating new designs and drafting detailed construction documents as needed.

Requirements

• Experience as a Draftsman or Designer in residential architecture or degree related to the field.
• The ideal candidate would have an eye for detail and organization when reviewing floor plans.
• Proficiency in SoftPlan software preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and understand their requirements.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and make detailed adjustments.
• Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for design details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
