Are you passionate about creating engaging, fun-filled experiences for players of all ages? As a Game Master, you will be the heart of our entertainment environment, guiding guests through immersive escape room adventures with hints and ensuring everyone has a fun and memorable time.

Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, challenged, and excited to return.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate game sessions, ensuring all participants understand rules and enjoy the experience
• Assist players with gameplay hints
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms, common areas and bathrooms
• Process cash transactions using POS systems for ticket sales or merchandise purchases

Experience

• Prior experience in events management or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere
• Experience working with children or in retail sales enhances guest interaction skills is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and processing transactions is beneficial
