Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ERP solutions.

Configure, test, and implement ERP systems to meet business needs.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.

Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective use of ERP systems.

Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Maintain documentation for ERP configurations, processes, and updates.
