Position Overview

As a skilled plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. We prioritize quality craftsmanship and effective communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing equipment, including pipes and fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues like leaks, clogs, and pipe damage.
• Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections.
• Install and repair kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls, delivering quick solutions.
• Interpret blueprints and building codes for compliant installations.
• Install and repair both traditional and tankless water heaters.
• Detect and repair gas line issues safely and in compliance with codes.
• Work collaboratively with other trades on renovation and construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Provide professional customer communication, explaining issues and solutions.
• Keep your work vehicle clean and organize your inventory of supplies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state plumbing license (where applicable).
• At least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes at local, state, and national levels.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in service and repair beyond new construction.
• Familiarity with plumbing software or CRM systems.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
